Department Access Comm
The Department Access Comm, or DAC, is a communication device built into a wrist band. The device functions as a smartphone, with the usual array of applications, useful tools, phone, sms, and social networking. It is very resilient and scratch resistant, with a battery that lasts for up to a week of normal usage, and recharges in about an hour. The DAC connects to the internet through a special connection and does not use normal cell towers for communication. The biometrics screening ensures that no one but the intended user can access the device.
